Hi folks. It's only been fairly recently, but at least a couple times a week I will be awakened by acid reflux or stomach contents that comes up during my sleep and I inhale it into my lungs. I wake up coughing for the longest time because of the burning in my trachea and bronchial tubes. I'm not sure how far down the aspirated stomach contents gets into the airway, but I burn and cough. I will finally get okay and stop coughing and go to sleep.Does anyone else do this during their sleep? It's not something that has been happening.. this is fairly recent. So does this happen to you? I have sleep apnea... I'm wondering if my sleep disorder may have something to do with it. I'm going to my doc today, I will mention it to her. If you have any problems with aspirating stomach contents into your airway.. let's hear about it.

I found if I fast regularly and don't let "uric acid" build up in my muscle and joints I do much better. Also keeping a regular bedtime/wake up time. When I get off a sleep pattern I have a wealth of problems physically. I got a sleep number bed 2 years ago and that has helped make a difference. What helps you?

I had endoscopy done to check if I have ulcers.Luckily, i didnt have ulcers, but my gastritis has gone worse since then.I am fed up of taking allopathic medicines, now I want to switch to ayurvedic medicines or even home remedies.Can somebody suggest me some nice home remedies for gastritis.

Drinking coffee and more will just you make it need it more and crave it. Is there a reason you can't wake up and go to work naturally? Everytime you will want it more and more and when you run out you will feel worse then not having it each morningDo you think this is not effecting or effecting?
Unemployment held up for 2 weeks?

Hello fellow Mylotters. I have a question and a leetle bitty problem methinks. The question is in regards to unemployment compensation in the US. Someone recently told me they will not get their unemployment check this week and it will come in 2 weeks. It will be their last unemployment check. According to them, the unemployment agency messed up and they are not going to get their regular scheduled check this time.The problem is they owe me money. Mylotters, do you think I am being taken for a ride?

Hi, friend. Here is the situation. When i was a postgraduate in 2005, i was in urgent need to earn some extra cash to afford all the books related to my research field as i didn't want to ask my parents for money. So i searched for earning programs and came to know about online earning. Though i joined numerous sites to help me earn, mylot was the only one that i'm still working on now. As you know, active referrals help you faster. So i tried to get referrals. But the problem was i never dared tell my classmates and friends about my online earning or invited to be my referrals for fear that they might laugh at me. I felt kind of ashamed for online earning. In my friends' eyes, earning online was something humiliating. Because of this, i never told anyone about my online earning. Even for now, i still keep it to myself though i no longer think online earning as a shameful thing. What about you? Have you ever thought that online earning is shameful as you are in such a financial difficulty that you have to rely on the small amount made online? Hope to hear from you:-).

Hello, mylotters..Still u using land-line telephones at your home although u have a cell phone to makes communication to others...Or u had cut down the connections of land-line telephones..and u makes communication with mobiles only....I Still use land-line phones because it is very helpful..means...it acts as supporting document..like i have to make licence then it use...i have to buy sim card...then it use...and having many other use of it...What your story..?friends.

I have already using existing cell phone number for about 15 years.I prefer to keep this number so that my old friends or family will easily keep in touch with me. I notice many people really like to change their cell phone number since there always come new mobile provider offering lot of benefit. How about you? How long you use current cell phone number?
